Trading regime on the Moscow Stock Exchange on holidays

On the New Year holidays, the Moscow Stock Exchange defined the working regulations for the period of the New Year holidays in 2025.
On working Saturday, 28 December 2024, as well as on official weekends of 30 December 2024, 3 January, 6 and 8 January 2025, trades in the stock exchange markets are conducted taking into account the following features:
on the stock market, deposit and credit markets, forward market trades will be conducted in normal mode;
on the foreign exchange market and precious metals market trades will be conducted on all instruments, with the exception of transactions with an execution date on the day of the transaction (transactions with TODAY calculations) and swap transactions, the date of performance of the obligations for the first part of which is the day on which these swap transactions are concluded;
The conclusion of over-the-counter transactions with a central counterparty (CC) in the market for standardized financial derivatives (SFRIs) will be carried out on all instruments, with the exception of SFRIs containing obligations expressed in Russian roubles.
On 29 and 31 December 2024, 1-2 January, 4-5 January and 7 January 2025 there is no trading in the markets of the Moscow Stock Exchange.
Since January 9, 2025, trading on the markets of the Moscow Stock Exchange is conducted according to standard regulations.
