NEW VERSIONS OF THE DOCUMENTS GOVERNING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dear customers!

We inform you of the approval on November 14, 2025, of the new versions of the documents of JSC IC "Vector Capital", which will take effect from December 1, 2025.

The revised documents can be consulted at:

DEPOSIT SERVICE

In paragraph 1.2. "Terms and definitions" added "Conditional assignment";

Changes made to P.P. 7.3.2. Paragraph 7.3 "Grounds for carrying out a depositary transaction", which specifies the application of the Provisional Mandate in the activities of the Depositary, combining depositary and brokerage activities;

Amendments made to item 7.7.1 of paragraph 7.7 "Completion of the depositary transaction", regarding the distribution to clients of reports on transactions related to trading operations at MMSE;

Also clarified  p.p.12.1.3 of paragraph 12.1 "Formation of reporting forms" concerning the method for providing statements and reports to the sponsors.
