NEW VERSION OF THE INSTRUMENT GOVERNING THE RECOGNITION OF PERSONS AS QUALIFIED INVESTORS

August 20, 2025 new Regulation on the recognition of persons as qualified investors Joint-stock company Investment Company «Vector Capital».
The requirements that a person must meet to be recognized as a qualified investor, the procedure for recognition of a person as a qualified investor, forms of documents and other changes in accordance with the Federal Law of 22.04.1996. 39-FZ «On the securities market» (in the Federal Law of 23.11.2024. 390-FZ «On amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation») and the Instruction of the Bank of Russia dated 21.05.2025. 7060-Y «On the requirements that a person must meet to be recognized as a qualified investor, the procedure for recognition of a person as a qualified investor and the rules for maintaining the register of persons recognized by qualified investors».
