NEW VERSIONS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE DOCUMENTS

Dear customers!
We notify you of the approval on October 23, 2025 of the new versions of the documents of the JSC IC "Vector Capital", which will be effective from November 7, 2025.

In connection with the entry into force on 07.11.2025 of the Internal NAUFOR Standards: Internal NAUFOR Standard «On the provision of risk declarations» (approved by decision of the Board of Directors of NAUFOR on 28 May 2025), and the Internal NAUFOR Standard «On the provision of key information on the brokerage contract» (approved by decision of the Board of Directors of NAUFOR on 25 June 2025), developed and approved in accordance with part 2 of article 6 of the Federal Law of 13 July 2015 223-F «On self-regulatory organizations in the sphere of financial market» the Regulation on brokerage services of JSC IC «Vector Capital» has been amended and supplemented in order to bring the text of the Regulation into line with new requirements.
In particular, changes have been made to Annex 9 - Notifications and declarations.
In connection with the entry into force on 07.11.2025 of the Internal NAUFOR Standards: Internal NAUFOR Standard «On the provision of risk declarations» (approved by decision of the Board of Directors of NAUFOR on 28 May 2025), and the Internal NAUFOR Standard «On the provision of key information on the brokerage contract» (approved by decision of the Board of Directors of NAUFOR on 25 June 2025), developed and approved in accordance with part 2 of article 6 of the Federal Law of 13 July 2015 223-F «On self-regulatory organizations in the financial market» the Terms of Deposit (Client Regulation) has been amended and supplemented to bring the text into line with new requirements.
