The provisions regulating the procedure for carrying out individual transactions at clients' expense have been clarified in accordance with the Directive of the Bank of Russia 6681-Y «On requirements for carrying out brokerage activities when a broker carries out individual transactions at clients' expense», namely, the market method for the Broker’s accounting of client positions and transactions in the forward market has been defined.
The procedure for transferring payments on segregated securities has been clarified taking into account the provisions of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 05.03.2022 N 95 «On provisional execution of obligations to some foreign creditors».
