NEW VERSIONS OF CLIENT SERVICE DOCUMENTS

Dear clients,
We notify you of the approval on October 21, 2024 of the new versions of the documents of JSC IC "Vector Capital", which will be effective from November 5, 2024.

Main changes:
1. Changed the name, organizational and legal form and details of the Company in connection with their alignment after reorganization
2. In terms of services:
The features and rules of conclusion of Urgent, Margin transactions as well as transactions leading to the creation of an unhedged position have been clarified
3. Regarding tariffs:
Included is the Broker’s Commission when entering into a futures contract.
Specified by the Commission when performing a special transaction of REPO.
4. Changes and additions to the Consent to processing of personal data.
5. Changes were made to some forms of securities orders.
6. Changes were made to the forms of clients' questionnaires, their representatives, beneficiaries, beneficial owners, to the list of documents for opening accounts provided by customers in accordance with the Regulation and Terms of Deposit, as well as to the forms of proxies.
7. Changed definitions of some terms used in the text.
8. Technical corrections to the text of the document.
Main changes:
In the Terms of Depositary Activity (Client Rules) modified:
1. The regulation and annexes have changed the name, legal form and details of the Company in connection with their alignment after reorganization
2. Clarification of the concepts of NDA, NDA in accordance with changes in 39-F
. The concept of a holding account for paid securities has been introduced
. New paragraphs introduced - 7.3.7, 8.7.6, 8.8.11, 8.8.12, 8.9.14, 8.10.4
5. Technical corrections to the text of the document
6. Annex 10 to the regulation is supplemented by paragraphs 9, 10, 11. Amended paragraph 8 of the annex
7. The concept of the client’s personal office has been clarified (taking into account the EDR agreement)
8. p.14.15 is supplemented taking into account s.2 art. 214 of the RF NC
9. p.18.3 is amended taking into account the EO agreement
. paragraph 21.4 is amended to take into account the EO Agreement

2. Changed the name, organizational and legal form and details of the Company in connection with their alignment after reorganization
3. Amended to 10.5 taking into account the EDP Agreement

ELECTRONIC CIRCULATION DOCUMENTS
The content of the agreement on electronic documents has not been changed, the text has changed the organizational and legal form and the name of the Company, in connection with their alignment after reorganization
