New version of the Rules for Client Brokerage

In the LLC «Vector X» (hereinafter - Broker) updated Regulation of brokerage service to clients. The new version of the document can be found at the link.

The changes take effect from 1 July 2024.

Main changes:

. In terms of services:

The features and rules of conclusion of Forward, Margin transactions as well as transactions leading to the creation of an Unhedged position have been clarified.

2. Regarding tariffs:

The Broker’s Commission for transferring positions on Underfunded Transactions through REPO Special Transactions has been clarified.

. The text of the Risk Declarations has been amended and supplemented.  

4. Changes were made to some forms of securities transactions.

5. Changes were made to the forms of clients' questionnaires, their representatives, beneficiaries, beneficial owners, to the list of documents for opening accounts provided by customers in accordance with the Regulation and Terms of Deposit, as well as to the forms of proxies.

6. Other changes and additions to the text of the Regulation, including:

Change in the order of treatment of clients' requests.

7. In accordance with the Instruction of the Bank of Russia dated 02.08.2023 6496-Y «On disclosure of information by professional participants of the securities market» the deadline for posting changes and additions to the Regulation on the website is 10 working days before their entry into force.
